Very pleasant, polite and accommodating. Ian greeted us and did all the paperwork which took bit longer as it was our first visit. I brought in a discount coupon that came in mail and it brought down the cost which was great. He let us know there was free coffee and tea but the Cafe wasn't open but showroom was. While my car was having its oil changed my husband and I were able to see the new vehicles in the showroom and that was enjoyable as Elizabeth, who was very pleasant and great to speak with showed us around. Very sad to see the Edge is being discontinued. The 40 mins went fast and Alyssa came to showroom to let us know the car was done. You have professional and friendly staff.
