Ford also adds an all-new Timberline Series to the model lineup, which is built for memorable weekend adventures. It tackles off-road trips with ease thanks to a modified suspension, A/T BSW tires, steel skid plates, and advanced technology.
The 2022 Expedition Timberline features an engine that delivers best-in-class power with 440 available horsepower and 510 lb-ft of available torque. Along with impressive towing capability, the Timberline delivers best-in-class ground clearance of 10.6 inches.
2022 Expedition Steal Performance Edition
Another new trim level that Ford added to the Expedition lineup is the Stealth Performance Edition. While the Timberline focuses on off-road performance, the Stealth Performance Edition tackles on-road performance. It is powered by the High Output 3.5-litre EcoBoost engine that delivers 440 horsepower and 510 lb-ft of torque. But its exterior is also optimized for head-turning with 22-inch wheels, a sport-tuned suspension, dual exhaust system, and eye-catching red brake calipers. The interior features a premium sound system by Bang & Olufsen (22 speakers!) and red stitching on the seats.
SYNC 4A
While every model of the 2022 Expedition includes a new 12.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, drivers do have the option of a portrait-oriented 15.5-inch touchscreen. This available touchscreen features configurable split-screen capability, conversational voice recognition, built-in Connected Navigation, and so much more. Ford's new SYNC 4A technology puts the competition to shame.
Upgraded Safety
Ford introduces newly available safety systems to help drivers pilot the large 2022 Expedition.
